The man who claims to have struck the earth with the Coronavirus disease is at it again.
In a message dispatched through his Senior Archbishop John Litunda, Owuor has now urged his adherents to be careful with the virus, saying they are not excepted fr the virus.
Owuor has urged his followers to among other things ensure they wash fruits with soap and plenty of water as a precaution against the virus.
Owuor also issued an advisory that no fasting should be observed among his followers at this time, citing immunity issues.
Because of the Coronavirus, you should not compromise your immune system, the reason the ‘mightiest prophets’ have said no to fasting,” says Mr. Owuor.
“When you buy your fruits or tomatoes, ensure you soak them in a basin of water with salt. After this, transfer them to a basin of soap, and then to a basin with clean water,” says the ‘prophet’.
In a series of controversial messages on Youtube, Owuor claims to have struck the earth with the novel coronavirus to cause people to fear him.
Owuor likens himself to the Biblical Moses and claims to have caused the Coronavirus pandemic, just like the plagues in Egypt, in preparation for his followers’ ascension to heaven.
However, many people have cast doubts about these claims, citing several disparities between the Biblical plagues and ‘Owuor’s Coronavirus’.
“Imagine what would happen had Israelites in Egypt been visited by the plagues. They would have skinned Moses and his family alive. It would have been pointless killing them to teach them any lesson,” says Ikev Ivooke on Facebook.
TITHES
Just like many other preachers, ‘Prophet’ Owuor has asked his followers to ensure they deposit their tithes and offerings to the Church account.
“Blessed Saints, I believe your offerings will continue to help us remain on course as we negotiate this most critical corner in the Prophetic Timeline of God.”
